Ayurveda, a sister science of yoga, that originated in India over five thousand years ago. The literal translation of Ayurveda is “the knowledge of life”, which means this ancient science provides a practical and logical approach to living in harmony with elements of nature. This ancient system emphasizes the vitality and well-being of each individual.

Ayurvedic cooking is an ancient Vedic wisdom of preparing food with awareness of Tridosha, balance of 6 tests & their transformation. It helps us to maintain balance and prevent diseases. Before cooking or eating our food what action or value we want to give our food will be ascertained such as purification, stimulation, nutritional values or calming of aggravated Dosha.
